研究了工件带到时间的两阶段柔性流水作业的排序问题,基于求解流水作业和平行机问题的算法思想,提出两个相应的近似算法H(R)和H(MR(?)),证明了这两个算法的最坏情况性能比分别为3-1/m和2/5-1/m,讨论了界的紧性,并利用数值模拟以分析算法与最优值的近似性能比.     

上市公司高管薪酬和企业业绩关系研究

本运用我国生物医药上市公司的经验数据考察高管薪酬与企业业绩的关系问题。研究的结果表明高管薪酬水平与企业业绩显正相关，高管团队内的薪酬差距也与企业业绩显正相关，而高管持股则与企业业绩负相关，在统计上不显。因此章建议企业应该考虑股权激励的成本和效果，改善股权激励制度。研究还表明企业追求的目标是规模最大化而不是股东净资产收益率最大化。     

解强刚性块线代数方程组的两类L-收敛迭代法

对解强刚性块线代数方程组X=(A(?)J)X φ,本文提出了L-收敛的最佳单参数迭代法(L-OOPI)和L-收敛的多参数迭代直接法(L-MPID),并给出了数值例子．数例表明,对于强刚性块线代数方程组,该二迭代法是有效的．     

Analysis of atomic arrangement in magnetic Fe–Pt nanoparticles

The order parameter S of Fe–Pt nanoparticles is estimated from X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. The total intensity of a diffraction peak is obtained by Rietveld analysis as well as simply integrating the intensity. The Rietveld analysis is found to provide a plausible value of S even for a sample showing an XRD pattern with broad and overlapped peaks. Another order parameter Q, which is obtained from Mössbauer spectra, is introduced, and it is confirmed that Q is equivalent to the probability of Fe atoms being in the L1₀-type atomic arrangement. The coercivity of Fe–Pt nanoparticles is directly proportional to Q, while it vanishes at S=0.4, indicating that the magnetic property of Fe–Pt nanoparticles has a closer relationship to Q than S.     

一种供应链中的知识管理绩效评价方法研究

作为知识管理的重要组成部分，知识管理绩效评价旨在帮助企业找出影响绩效提高的关键因素并及时采取有效措施，提高知识管理水平。本文从创造顾客价值、知识的获取能力、知识的共享与传播能力、知识的运用水平、知识的存量水平和知识管理平台等六个方面，分析了评价供应链的知识管理绩效应考虑的主要因素，建立了供应链的知识管理绩效评价指标体系，在此基础上，提出了运用D-S证据推理方法，对供应链知识管理绩效进行评价，并给出了证据推理的算法步骤，最后通过算例分析，说明该方法的有效性、实用性。

单分子光子源光子统计的非平衡探测

研究了在Hanbury Brown Twiss探测方式下，非平衡探测系统对光子统计测量的影响。通过记录2个单光子计数器响应的单分子光子源输出的每一个事件，分析具有泊松统计背景的实际单分子光子源的光子统计特性，讨论并给出了非平衡探测系统的单分子光子源Mandel参数。研究表明：非理想的50／50分束器、非理想的线性传输效率和非理想的探测器都会使单分子光子源Mandel参数的实际测量结果小于平衡系统的Mandel参数，最后给出了单分子光子源Mandel参数的非理想探测的校正表达式。     

Analysis of Static Simulated Annealing Algorithms

Generalized hill climbing (GHC) algorithms provide a framework for modeling local search algorithms to address intractable discrete optimization problems. This paper introduces a measure for determining the expected number of iterations to visit a predetermined objective function level, given that an inferior objective function level has been reached in a finite number of iterations. A variation of simulated annealing (SA), termed static simulated annealing (S²A), is analyzed using this measure. S²A uses a fixed cooling schedule during the algorithm execution. Though S²A is probably nonconvergent, its finite-time performance can be assessed using the finite-time performance measure defined in this paper.     

动叶顶部间隙对1+1/2对转涡轮性能的影响

本文对1+1／2对转涡轮中动叶顶部间隙大小对涡轮性能的影响进行了详细的数值模拟。对涡轮总体性能参数、节距平均出口气流角、出口节距平均相对马赫数以及不同叶高的负荷进行了对照,发现间隙对1+1／2对转涡轮性能影响明显,尤其是当间隙较大时。当低压动叶间隙宽度达到高压动叶前缘叶高的4．5％时,低压动叶间隙中流动普遍超音,在设计1+1／2对转涡轮时需要加以重点考虑。     

Propagation of the kurtosis parameter of Hermite-cosh-Gaussian beams

Starting from the propagation equation of Hermite-cosh-Gaussian (HChG) beams and the intensity moments definition, an analytical expression for the propagation of the kurtosis parameter of unapertured HChG beams passing through paraxial optical ABCD systems is derived and illustrated numerically. Special interesting cases are discussed, in particular, the kurtosis parameter of HChG beams at the waist plane is obtained readily from our general propagation expression.
